A pairing you’ve rooted for since the beginning?

Sokka and Toph from Avatar: The Last Airbender. Seriously, the only reason these two aren't together is becaus Mike and Brian realised the world would end if two such awesome creatures were to have a relationship of that kind. But yeah, as much as I love Suki, Toph just kicks her ass seven ways. And Sokka threw away his space sword to save her. His space sword! Come on, really.
